Papers of Francis Perry Dunnington [manuscript], 1867-1928.

The majority of papers in the collection pertain to the University of Virginia and Dunnington's decades as a student and chemistry teacher and include a syllabus and inserted notes for his industrial chemistry lectures; a report of the Chapel committee, 1895; material pertaining to the renovation of the YMCA reading room; math notes taken as a student; and a list of subscriptions given in honor of Dwight Lyman Moody, ca. 1886/87. University of Virginia related printed and miscellaneous materials include include an invitation to the installation of President Alderman, a letter regarding Jedediah Hotchkiss's request to host a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science at the University of Virginia, and a solicitation appeal for $1000 to field a "worthy foot ball team" in 1894.
